Below are answers to some of the things we get asked most — from products and online ordering to delivery, pickup, and what to expect when you shop with us. And if you’re still not sure, stop by, give us a call, or send us an email. We’re always happy to help guide you.

  • How can I place an order for delivery?

    To place a delivery order you'll need a Aeropay account to pay, and a Quality High online account to order.

  • Can I pay with a credit card?

    Unfortunately, due to industry regulations, we’re unable to accept credit cards, Venmo or Zelle. though we hope this will change in the near future. In the meantime, we take debit cards and cash - there’s an ATM located inside our store for your convenience.  You may also order online using Aeropay, a pay-by-bank payment service similar to Zelle.

  • What makes Quality High’s products unique?

    As a microbusiness, we grow and craft most of our own products in-house, from hand-selected flower to full-spectrum edibles, while also curating a small lineup from trusted New York farms that share our standards. The result is a place where the products are carefully chosen, the atmosphere feels welcoming instead of overwhelming, and the high actually lives up to the name.

  • Edible FAQs

    How long do edibles last?

    Edibles can last up to 12 hours (with lingering effects beyond that), while inhaled cannabis typically wears off in 2–4 hours. Edibles may also take longer to kick in - anywhere from 30 minutes - 4 hours.  


    What dose should I start with?

    Start low! You can always take more, but if you take too much, you’ll have to wait it out. We recommend starting with 5mg and increasing by the same but only after a few hours, if needed. If you have a particularly low tolerance we recommend starting with 2.5mg and increasing by the same.


    The great thing about our edibles is the consistency—you can expect the same experience every time. That said, factors like what you’ve eaten, your tolerance, and your environment can all influence how it feels.


    We offer low dose edibles for those who are new or just want to take the edge off, as well as high doses for our more experienced consumers. 



    How should I store edibles?

    Store in a cool, dark, dry place to maintain potency and freshness. Keep secure and out of reach from kids and pets.

  • Do you test your products for safety and potency?

    Yes, all cannabis products must pass lab testing before being sold in NY State. Lab testing ensures available cannabis products are safer to consume and are accurately labeled for potency. You can view the testing results for any product by scanning the QR code on it's packaging. This includes information such as how much THC, CBD or cannabinoids are in each product. 

  • What is a microbusiness?

    A New York State–licensed microbusinesses is vertically integrated, which means we grow, process, and sell our own cannabis flower and products. Our lineup includes a full range of private-label edibles and vape carts we’re incredibly proud of, as well as select products from a few small-batch partners who truly meet our standards.

  • Can I join the team?

    We're always looking for legendary brand ambassadors to join the team and help us spread the word about th ebest cannabis in NY.  Contact us to learn more about the program. 

How to Place a
DELIVERY ORDER

We  offer FREE DELIVERY to select locations in Westchester. Click Here to view a map of our delivery area, or type your address into the What's Your Address field to see if we deliver to you.


Requirements & Hours

You must present a valid ID showingyou are 21+ at delivery.  We can only deliver to permament addresses - we can't meet you at your car or an outdoor location.

STEP ONE

Sign up for Aeropay

  • Click HERE to create an Aeropay account for online payments.
    You will only have to do this the first time you place an order.


  • Securely link your personal bank account to your Aeropay account so you can make ACH payments.


To Know:
Because of federal regulations, we are currently unable to accept credit cards, Venmo or Zelle.  Aeropay is most popular payment system for dispensaries. We do not have direct access to your information - we only receive payment when you place your order.


STEP  TWO

Quality High Website Account

Create a Quality High account.

  • Click HERE to get to our online shop
  • Select Login at the top right of the home screen
  • First time online customers will then select Sign-up
  • Simply enter the required information and select Sign-up at the bottom of the screen
  • Just a heads-up, you will be sent a verification code for 2 part authentication


To Know:

You must create an online account even if you’ve previously made purchases at the store.

STEP  THREE

Confirm Delivery Location

  • Select Delivery at the top left of the home screen and click What is your address?
  • The Where To? pop-up window will appear. Search for your address.
  • Once confirmed, click the Shop Now button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

STEP  FOUR

Shop & Check Out

  • Fill your cart with premium cannabis product, then select Checkout
  • At the top left of the Checkout screen under Delivery Type select Scheduled Delivery
  • Choose an available delivery windows for the same or next day.
  • Enter any notes that will help our drivers find your location (ex: Entrance on left side),
  • Click Continue to Payment and select Aeropay, then the bank account you want to use.
  • If you want to use a Promo Code or Reward Points enter them before clicking Pay Now.
